Your private cloud, fully managed
Files, chat, automation, mail — running on infrastructure you own, maintained by us. The same modern building blocks the hyperscalers use, sized and priced for actual businesses.
What's actually running on it
Open-source, battle-tested software you've probably used. We pick what fits, configure it for your team, and keep it running.
File storage, sync, sharing

Workflow automation
Replaces: Zapier / Make
Team chat
Replaces: Slack
Team password manager (Bitwarden-compatible)
Replaces: 1Password / LastPass

Included in every plan
The point of "managed" is that you don't think about it. We handle the boring infrastructure work so your team uses the cloud, not maintains it.

You own the whole stack
All software is open-source and runs on hardware you control. If we walked away tomorrow, another competent operator could take it over. That's not true with most SaaS.
Your data stays on your infrastructure. No vendor scanning your files for AI training, no surprise data-sharing partners, no policy changes that quietly expand what they collect.
Flat per-user pricing. No charges per gigabyte, per integration, per AI feature, per seat over a threshold, or per anything else SaaS vendors invent next quarter.
Proxmox + Ceph isn't 'old-school self-hosting' — it's the same technology pattern hyperscalers run. We just configure it for businesses your size.
The questions you should ask
If we leave, do we lose the stack?
No. Everything runs on standard open-source software and standard hardware (or any hyperscaler if you'd rather we run there). On termination we hand over documented credentials, runbooks, and architecture diagrams. Your CRM, files, automations, and chat history are yours.
Where does the hardware live?
Three common options: a colocation rack we manage on your behalf, a small rack on your premises, or a dedicated bare-metal account at Hetzner / OVH / a regional provider. We help you pick based on bandwidth, latency, and compliance needs.
What about HIPAA / SOC 2 / PCI?
Self-hosted stacks are very compliance-friendly when designed properly — you control encryption, access, audit logs, and data residency. We've designed builds with regulatory requirements as the lead constraint, not an afterthought. We'll happily walk through your specific framework before any commitment.
Can we keep some things on SaaS?
Absolutely. Most clients keep their accounting software, payroll, and a few other purpose-built SaaS tools. The point is to remove the expensive infrastructure-as-rent products, not every subscription you have.
Ready to own your stack?
Tell us your team size and what you're running today. We'll come back with a sized proposal — what gets self-hosted, what stays SaaS, and what it would cost.
